Not only was money missing, there were clear lapses in the reconciliation of accrued revenue between the NNPC and the finance ministry/CBN.

When Sanusi sent the memo to GEJ, Jonathan could not even be arsed to investigate. He would have cost us $1.48bn which would have been stolen.
