What a story of deprivation, denigration and destruction of people's esteem and wellbeing.

The rogue gets into government house or office, starts to pile up millions of dollars for himself and his hordes of concubines, girlfriends and hawkers. He buys houses he will never live in in Dubai, Austria and all kinds of places. He secures the best schools for his children in USA (even though those kids are likely going to end in drugs!). He gets a convoy of cars and security men who harrass the poor on the road all the time. He is never reachable once he assumes office and never keeps a single promise he made to the voter.

Why should our people continue in this gullibility? Someone has stolen your money and your inheritance and buys you food and calls it stomach infrastructure! He leaves your children to die in hospitals. He is happy that you cannot even afford basic education for your children. Rice and yam, for what? How I wish you knew how much of your commonwealth he has carted away.

You probably do not know that he has just added grave insult to your gross injury.

He gives you rice and yam and commands you to carry it on your head! O, what a shame.

He has denigrated you beyond belief. Worse, you go from there praising him.

A fellow human like you who possibly did not have shoes until a few years ago, now buys you rice, from the money he was meant to keep for you. Yet, you are smiling.

What a denigration! What an insult!

Is this what we have reduced democracy to? Is this not a demonstration of craze?

O dear Lord, deliver our people from ignorance.
