Anyway, government have to advertise their achievements because flat heads like Osinbajo do not travel out of their LAGOS to see how NIGERIA looks like and what project are being executed by the federal government. It is not wrong for government to advertise its accomplishments... Your report card must be advertised for citizens to know you tried, because we dont have the opportunity to go to all parts of Nigeria to see projects carried out...

It is unfortunate though that in Nigeria, achievements are mostly capital projects, and not in indices that make life better...
