A lot of INEC officials are generally overworked and thus impatient. I am an ibo man, and I was WELL attended to by a Yoruba INEC staff. I also witnessed crude behaviour towards some Yorubas who came looking for their PVCs by Yoruba speaking INEC workers.

Let's not misconstrue simple lack of courtesy and public relations by a few INEC staff to mean conspiracy to disenfranchise an entire ethnic group in Lagos.

INEC should investigate more on this,its an open secret that non indigens in lagos state have been denied the opportunity to collect their PVCs ,many instances abound with people complaining for this same act since the cards came out for collection,thank God the election was postponed afterall,more votes for the PDP in lagos state which would have not been had the elections not been moved.

This is very true,in Ifako Gbagada,the INEC officials have stopped coming to issue PVC cards,while there are thousands of people coming to registration centres to collect their PVC's meanwhile INEC officials are no where to be found around .
This is very sad,I wonder why things like this happen in Nigeria in this day and age.
I haven't gotten mine till today,I have been going to the registration centre I registered at at gbagada comprehensive high school,in Ifako,Gbagada for over 2 weeks now and its such a shame!

No wonder Lagos has a very low PVC collection rate. I am sure PDP will capitalise on this one way or the other, though INEC has tried to downplay it, it must have been going on in a larger scale.

This calculated move by APC to win the election by all means. They are too desperate for this election, it should not be "do or die" thing.
The population of Ndi Igbo in Lagos is huge that when allowed to excercise thier franchise, they can decide who wins. Hence the calculated plans to deny them the voting right. I myself have been frustrated out of getting registered.

Slecting them is a stressful process, one of the reasons some people doubted if such a thing ever happened.
I believe it was on an ''act as they come basis''.
They come, you ask them for their names (normal process), if you like the name, you go straight to where the PVCs are stacked alphabetically and search for it, if you don't like the name you tell the person outrightly that his own isn't ready or you pretend to search for it without success.
When you get back to the office, you return the PVCs as those of people who refused to come and collect theirs.
No need to select, burn or delete anything.

If this had happened in a PDP state, you'd have tagged it a PDP thing. Now its wrong to tag it an APC thing. PDP/GEJ has suffered more online bullying and propaganda from APC.

All I'm trying to say is, you people should see this as one of those things you've done in the past against PDP and stop hurling insults like kids.
