Pls anyone been in my shoes? My cycles are irregular ranging from 40 to 70 days or more @ times, my PMS symptoms are usually intense and off and on for a month before
af. I can't pinpoint when I ovulate, but I be regularly, tests show I actually ovulate. My last period was Dec 21 and this evening I am experiencing an intense hungerlike cramps and fatigue. My friend and I used dollyhams, she for blocked tubes and me for hormonal issues. It didn't work for both of us, we just wasted that plenty sum but going by the online reviews which I don't know if it is authentic, it had worked for some.
