How come PVC collection in boko haram controlled NE is over 75% while SS and SE are less.. Who's collecting these PVC 's in the north?

Says who GEJ till 2019!!!

The indigenes of cuz! u cannot compare the zeal those guys have to vote in General Muhammadu Buhari as President with that of those in the South-South and South-East who are for GEJ

Ask yourself why the number of people coming out to welcome GMB during election campaign is more than the number of people coming out in the south during the same campaign. Did you see the large number of people who came out in Adamawa and Bornu to witness Buhari and APC campaigns? Those are the areas where bombing is going on and people still coming out in very large numbers to see Buhari and support his campaign. It is not a problem for the same set of people to pick up their PVCs. People in the North pay more attention to political landscape than people in the South. Everyone in the North have their portable radio to listen to BBC hausa and VOA. All the Northerners have been asking their people in the North to go and pick up their PVC while the politicians in the South have been relying on their non existing rigging machine.
