No bumps, no lumps, no pain but he just noticed that a scrotum is slightly smaller to the other. Sometimes it will look equall and sometimes it. Won't or the one will hang up and the other down.

Pls is this anything to worry about?

To my own view I guess its okay so far you can perform well. I mean since you can go like 5 to 6 rounds per night.

Every part of the body that comes in twos usually has one slightly bigger especially the foot ,the breast ,the testes e.t.c
I don't think there is anything to worry about except it one just starts growing abnormally bigger or one starts shrinking then you should be alarmed
