even Enugu, not even Benin, not Kano, not Uyo. So that must
be where there is commerce and disposable income because
there are a lot of traders coming in and out of that area, that
place has picked up. Don't forget Owerri was a private airfield
that was built by private individuals. One of the most
expensive airports to flying into today in Nigeria is Asaba. It was
built by private funds so it doesn't have to be government to do
everything, to get people to go the place, let private participation
take part, government should sit down, call the private business

Onitsha is a single city in the SE that has the largest bank networks and corporate society, SEC, NSE etc. So its not a residential city but a mixture corporate and economic city.
