What would you do if your mother in-law who stays with your wife and your newly born baby does this to the baby when you travel and without your wife's consent?

I guess this question is for the guys.

I would do what the guy above me would do
But in my case, I would make her feel pain before she joins her ancestors

it looks more like a decoration. it doesn't look like permanent marks
