I'm guessing you've been with her on one of her shopping trips to Harrods to be so sure she shops there. Then this poverty mentality is alarming. An 18yr old with a nice job in the US can shop in Nordstrom or similar store, so I don't see how a full grown woman won't be able to shop, assuming its Harrods, without using her father's money.
