Is it only me?? Can't play videos from d 'video' app, only from the file manager...any solution??

when last did you turn off your device?
do a hard reset
if turn off at 60%
leave it for some minute
power it back on
if it on try drain the battery on games or video or music
to 0% den charge it up

thanks the phone has entered a new state just shows BlackBerry and goes off does not boot b4 them the battery health is red is there a solution or should I plan 4 a new one?

Gurus in the house;please help a brother,my bbz30 has refused to come on,after the battery life died completely,despite my charging it when power came.

what type of subscription is in it?

if you subscribe to any network data plan not BlackBerry plan
in that your bold5 u can update your z10 with it.

if you are using airtel BlackBerry plan
you can use it to update your z10 from your bold5 hotspot

it has no effect

if d port is a 3.0 port the device will charge faster
if it's 2.0 port it doesn't charge faster

I agree wit scarr and reaky dou, u shuld fold a lil piece of paper n fix at d bottom of the battery so dat the batt and d fon's terminal makes very good contact. As for the bbm tingy, a wipe shuld fix dt..

I have a glo BIS in the bold5, I once had airtel BIS in it but still didn't work!

happened to me sumtime december only to discover that it was screen problem, try dialing ur number and see if it rings or a text msg to ur number.
