1) No one cares about who you used to be. What you are now is what matters

2) If the EFCC and ICPC are doing their job, they dont need the FOI bill. Get a court order and do your job

3) If they are indicted, let the court do their job and jail them. There are agencies responsible for graft and those sort of things. Let the agencies indict these people. I doubt anyone will cry if Tinubu is arrested today, tried for corruption and jailed as long as there are evidence. These agencies are under the FG by extension, the president. Why have they not being tried and jailed?

4)Did you say intolerant? With the vice president saying Osinbajo wants to "Chistainize" Nigeria in the north and the PDP goons saying Buhari wants to Islamize the country in the south? Abeg define intolerance
If you are saying this to barcanister of some weeks back, he will be able to reason along with you, but now that he's mind is corrupt, you should expect him to exchange the truth for lies, and to say evil is good.

The same President Jonathan who gave amnesty to Alameseigha, hangs out with Bode George and Kashamu, has a religious bigot like Sambo as his vice, has said stealing is not corruption, has sat around when boko Haram killed the people he vowed to protect and the President who has seen our economy crash and external reserves fall?

I will rather vote Patience Jonathan than Goodluck
Kindly read my comment above, you will understand why you still keep repeating the above despite obvious explanations for them on Nairaland and on the internet.
But let me help you a little
On Alameseigha: It is the prerogative of the president to grant pardon to anybody he wishes. Obasanjo too was granted pardon by Gen Abdusallam. The question is, who has the power to grant pardon to a convict? President. To who? To his benefactor who was a political victim of Obasanjo vendetta. You can do the same too if given the power. if one person has power to lock, the other has power to unlock. Power is not permanent, it changes hand. Mind you, it is not amnesty, it is called presidential pardon or prerogative of mercy.

On Bode George: Sincerely, I am not a fan of Chief Bode George, I was against him while he was been tried at the Lagos High court and was very happy when he was convicted. But he appealed and the court of appeal upturned the verdict of the lower court and discharged and acquitted him. My brother, in the eyes of the law, he is a free man, sentiment aside and we must all work to promote civil society where court decisions are respected even if we are not comfortable with it.

On Kashamu: It is only an allegation from Obasanjo who incidentally was the same person that introduced the man to GEJ. He does not have any criminal record in Nigeria and has been a PDP southwest mobiliser during Obasanjo time. So what has changed now? What changed is that when Obasanjo was in power, he was throwing stone into the market and empowered Kasamu more than party structure in South West and handed over power to him. He is back at home now, he wants to be the party Leader. Sorry it is too late. You may say he has a case in USA, so also is Bola Tinubu and nobody is making any issue out of that. America knows how to arrest him if they want to.

On Sambo statement: The statement was a reaction to Buhari's statement that Muslim should only vote for muslims and Sambo was reminding them that he is a muslim also and Oshibajo too is a Christian and a Pastor. My observation of the statement is that he was telling them not to vote base on religious deceit as we have both muslims and Christians in all the parties.

On Stealing is Not Corruption: Somebody has done a good job on explaining the different between the two. Google it or check your dictionary, you will realise that they are not the same. You wont understand the frustration of the court and lawyers until somebody steal your things and was charged to court on charges of corruption by the police or EFCC and the court dismissed your case before you realise that they are not the same.

On Boko Haram: You may believe what you want but available facts have revealed who is benefiting from the Boko Haram by their campaign posters and body languages.

1, Actually Your "progressive" friends cares.

2. You obviously have little or no knowledge on FOI. Every REAL progressive government are working with it. How can you establish a case of fraud within a system without documented evidence wich the FOI provide? Bros, I tire for you.

3. As said above, you can't convict Tinubu and co without having access to the main document as the court don't work based on speculation or petitions. We need to access official documents which the APC government are denying. We all cried when Akpabio signed the immoral pension law but you all look the other way when worse is going on in Rivers, Edo, Lagos and Kwara. Haba bros, be truthful for once.

4. That VP sambo made reckless statement does not justify the intolerance of APC members and fans.

This is not the change
*smiles*

1) You care too much about what people think of you. Narcissist much?

2) Law enforcement agencies work on speculation a lot. Which is why you can call people in for questioning. If a government body is in the way of the anti-graft agencies, get a court order for them to show their papers. That is how law enforcement work, it is similar to getting a search warrant.

3) Are you forgetting that Tinubu has been tried and found bot guilty? I also find it bothering that the anti-graft bodies have not and probably wont try anyone involved in the subsidy fraud or the Oduahgate scam or the allegations of Diezanni's flying around. Hold up what do you call Alameisegha's amnesty?

4) True it does not but they are not the Vice-President of the Federal republic of Nigeria are they? What has the president done about that? We are talking of coming with open hands ooooo

But the OP disagree with you. See below:

[b]Re: WHO FOUGHT CORRUPTION: President Obasanjo Vs President Jonathan by barcanista

HOW JONATHAN HANDLES CORRUPTION

1. Pardoned exConvict and Felon Alamesigha

2. Shielded Stella Odua Only to tell her "Go In Peace" despite the N255 million indictment on the two Bullet proof cars

3. No Conviction has been secured against any former Official. In Fact, Daniel, Akala, Bankole, Tafida etc are given clean bill of health.

4. Corruption case that was instituted by Yar Adua was withdrawn against Fani Kayode

5. Corruption Case that was instituted by Obasanjo was withdrawn against Muhammed Abacha

6. Farouk Lawan is still smiling in the green chamber, despite the clear evidence of bribery. The Subsidy indicted people are smiling daily

7. exConvict Bode George who was prosecuted by Yaradua got a "miraculous" clean bill of health under this administration

8. Diezani Maduekwe is running from court to court just to evade questioning from House of Reps on allegation bordering on corruption

The EFCC and ICPC under this administration is neither a biting nor a barking dog.

1)Alameisegha- How can we be fighting corruption and stealing and you pardon someone who was convicted? What is more scary is that we see nothing wrong with that.

2) Bode George and Kashamu..The Op mentioned that the APC is rolling with indicted people na. I just showed him that his principal has the same skeletons

3) Are we going on the stealing is not corruption again? Stealing is corruption. And say we can forgive that statement i cannot forgive him for saying. "Ordinary stealing" ordinary? The President must be insane (no offence)

4) Who cares who benefits from Boko Haram? Stop the menace. Who cares if the Chibok girls are hiding in Buhari's backyard? Find them. That is his freaking job
