General Muhammed Buhari (Rtd) at an All Progressive Congress event
Things keep getting worse for the presidential candidate of the All Progressives
Congress (APC), General Muhammed Buhari as attempts to trick Nigerians into
believing Buhari is not on a medical trip to the United Kingdom keep getting
exposed by political strategist, Mukhtar Alex Dan’Iyan who goes by the Twitter
handle, @MrAyeDee.

Dan’Iyan has again exposed another lie and a failed attempt to fool the Nigerian
people and international community by General Buhari and his APC handlers
that he is not ill and on a political trip to the United Kingdom.
Using his Twitter handle, Dan’Iyan has revealed that former Prime Minister of
UK, Tony Blair was not in London this weekend and could not have met with
General Buhari as his team want Nigerians to believe.


The APC had released photos of a supposed Saturday, February 22, 2015
meeting between Buhari and Blair which has now been exposed as an attempt
to deceive. The photo was tweeted by APC stalwart, Senator Bukola Saraki. It
was later exposed as an old photo and not taken during the weekend

Findings by Dan’Iyan have it that Tony Blair’s office denies holding such a
meeting with Buhari in London this weekend because Blair is actually in
Serbia. You may read more on this attempt to deceive the Nigerian people by
General Buhari and the APC in an expose by Dan’Iyan at Ad76 .

Earlier, the retired general’s UK trip has been unravelled by The Trent as a
medical trip which the APC tried to pass off as a political trip during which
Buhari would meet with “key members of the British political establishment and
interact with some global institutions with stakeholder interest in the affairs of
Nigeria… and give a talk at the prestigious foreign policy hub, the
Royal Institute of International Affairs, Chatam House in London.”

It was exposed that Buhari was not billed to speak at the Chatam House in
London and the general has not made any public appearance since Friday, when
he was whisked out of Nigeria by his campaign team. The state of Buhari’s
health remains a source of concern to Nigerians as the country has experienced
electing a gravely ill man into the office of president in 2007.

The 2007 election of Musa Yar’Adua into the office of President led to a huge
constitutional crisis in Nigeria when his illness took a turn for the worse and
Nigerians did not know the true state of health of their president.

Buhari visited some states in Nigeria to campaign and your people posted some of the images (although you doctored the one from kano). Why is APC not so happy to publish pictures of Buhari's campaign or speech in London? Remember he is on a working visit? Would it not have added to your saintly campaign if APC can show the whole world that yes your Buhari was seen speaking not only by APC but by others in a foreign country? If you people sees it expedient to show him in Nigeria, why not show him in another country. APC and Buhari handlers and supporters should stop LIEING.
