Shekarau was said to have ordered the immediate withdrawal of the circular suspending the controversial CONTISS 15 and restoration of union activities in the the Federal Polytechnic, Oko in Anambra State and the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti in Ekiti State.

The Public Relations Officer of ASUP, Mr. Clement Chirman, told journalists on Tuesday after the union’s meeting at the National Assembly that its negotiation team would relay the outcome of the deliberations to the National Executive Council.

The meeting with Shekarau, started by 11am while ASUP ended another meeting with the House of Reps Committee about 7pm on Tuesday.

While calling on ASUP members “to continue to perform their lawful duties,” the chairman said the union and government would continue to dialogue to resolve all outstanding issues.

According to him, the Minister of Education had ordered the immediate withdrawal of the circular suspending the controversial CONTISS 15 and has ordered the restoration of union activities in the the Federal Polytechnic, Oko in Anambra State and the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti in Ekiti State.

Gej is a virus that penetrated and destroy the immunity of every sector of the nigerian govt , it can no longer tackle infections like insecurity, unemployment, lack o f electricity etc. An anti virus that been tested, proven, and trusted in the late 80s ,90s and still active today has been remembered and it will be auction on 28th of next month there4 use ur PVC smartly to purchase, store it and use untill all the infection unleashed by gej is treated and no new cases reported. .
LAME joke. Try another.
Meanwhile, please note

Nigerian listen to the shocking comment from the THIEF from Otueke. " we will not publish forensic audit report on the missing $20 billion" and this clown wants Nigeria to believe no money was missing. I am mystified. MR STEALING OF GOVT MONEY IS NOT CORRUPTION AS CRUCIFIED NIGERIA. Pls do not vote for this thief.

I see no reason why our govt usually delay request or demands from our institutions generally, not until dey call upon strikes, and later react. Good one from you Asup.
All we need is change...
