Congratulations to Alhaji Shehu Shagari, the most dignified civilian President in Nigeria's history. As for the TANoids/death-wishers/cancer merchants, you should be smart enough to discern that General Buhari is attending to pre-scheduled engagements in the UK, culminating in his speech tomorrow at Chatham House, London, and therefore could not honour the invitation to Shagari's event which I assume was extended to him.
