Hello House,

I am starting a building project in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State in the next 5 Months (God willing). The plan is to build a Twin Flat of 3 Bedrooms each all ensuite. There will be a visitor's restroom in the parlor and a Mini Store in the Kitchen. Can someone please give me an idea of what this project will cost? I am looking at finishing every room with modest tiling and pop ceilings. I will appreciate your rich experience in-house and I look forward to your feedback.
