Pls when I on my laptop it shows that my keyboard mouse is lock, before I put my password the keyboard mouse work, once I put my password, the keyboard mouse don't work, was the problem please, it shows my keyboard mouse is lock, was the solution please |

Your touch pad is malfunctioning OR try an external keyboard & mouse and see the result... Pls get back to us for more advice |
