Thank you bro. APC boys find it difficult to differentiate the actual meanings of words. Sack is certainly different from leave. Jonathan has promised not to sack Jega but that does not stop Jega from going for leave.
A leave of absence that will not see him return to office. that is as good as termination grin grin

My opinion is that all d allegations against him are without proof and given how transparent d processess involved in this election are, he should b allowed 2 continue. I can't imagine changing him less than a month 2 d election. PDP should stop rubbishing JEGA's personalit without proof

It might indeed come to pass that indeed gej will be the last Nigerian president.

What is madness?

Madness is when you think voting for Buhari will automatically turn you to a Mark Zuckerberg

Madness is when you think voting for Buhari will automatically give you 24/7 hour electricity (Let there be light, and there was light) grin

Madness is when you think voting for Buhari will land you a job in Shell

Madness is when you think voting for Buhari will eradicate your personal & family problems.

Madness is when you think voting a Buhari will automatically land GOODLUCK & FAYOSE in Kirikiri, while TINUBU & AMAECHI moves freely from Lagos to Bayelsa, Abuja to Delta. cheesy

What is madness?

Madness is YOU, if you've ever assume any of the above will come to pass
Don't be offended...how old are you?

Jega will go, nothing, I mean nothing will happen. After you threatened armagedom if election is postponed, what did you do? Nothing.
Empty drum makes much noise.

GEJ till 2019
All the hope of Jonathan and his party is to win by manipulating the system. Am glad you now know that Jonathan does not have the Votes. Nigerians have deserted him.

After getting voted out, you can accompany him to Otueke, we don't care.

Bro, why will GEJ sack Jega that's about to continue his administrative retirement leave?

Jega will go on his retirement leave, and NOTHING will happen.

GEJ is winning the elections!
By manipulations? In your dream. Nigerians marched the streets to get Jonathan in power, we will do the same to vote him out. He can take his greedy self to Bayelsa. Nigerians are more than him.

What section of the Nigerian constitution 1999 as amended states that the INEC chairman must proceed on terminal leave before the expiration of his tenure?

The condition of terminal leave is provided for in the civil service rules and it applies to civil servants of which the INEC chairman is not.

No smart person truly wants Nigeria to divide; it's an ill wind that will blow no one any good.

We have our reasons for supporting him, and division of the Nation isn't one of them....

The Northern Elders Forum has started again!
But what if this country divide on referendum? Who says the various entities that make Nigeria will not be able to stand as an independent nation? I believe is high time we implement the national conference report and develop as a nation or we go our various part and develop independently.

He never said he might not embark on leave.
He only said he would not sack Jega.
Asking Jega to proceed on terminal leave is not the same as sacking him.
I listened to mister president as he cautiously made that utterance in response to the question posed to him on wether he was disposed to sacking Jega
The timing is just so bad. Jega going on terminal leave at this tym makes us wonder whether there's ever gonna b free n fair election in dis country

There is nothing transparent about a man who insisted INEC was ready for d elections while 15 million PVC were still abroad where they were being printed 1 week b4 d election.
There is nothing transparent abt a man who let traditional rulers and ward heads collect and share PVCs in d north while insisting that ppl must collect theirs personally and with their old voters cards in d south.
Jega isn't anything near transparent.

Apc Is bokoharam
Gej till 2019
Everybody knows that bokoharam owe their continuous existence to the gimmicks of GEJ.appropriating about #1trillion consecutively for defence,in the name of fighting boko haram. If you ask any sane Nigerian, they will tell you that for cunningly, allowing boko haram to grow when recent events have reproved what every well meaning Nigerians have been saying that boko haram is a no match for our army, inorder to continue to steal our money via defence budget,GEJ is definitely the father and sponsorer of shekau while PDP is BOKO HARAM.

If these northern elders have condemned boko haram and if they had supported ihejerika when he was winning the war against boko haram and not threatening they will go to international court. I would have said they meant well for Nigeria
When it comes to jega now they have found their voices.
Some selfish elders in the north does not really like this country to move forward.
God pass una

D NEF said excuse give 4 postponement of election was flimsy and indefensible BUT CAN THEY EXPLAIN WHY PRIOR TO FEB 14 23mil NIGERIAN ARE YET TO COLLECT THEIR PVC ? EVEN JEGA ADMITTED THAT INEC IS YET 2 COLLECT 1Mil PVC FROM D CONTRACTOR IN PUBLIC HEARIN AFTER FEB14 so why are these pple threaten even if it was obvious dat INEC was not READY 4 FEB 14

INEC is an independent body that is funded by the federal govt n its entirely guided by Nigeria civil service law, jega as inec chairman is bounded by its law,,,, nobody shouted foul play when this law played in the case of morris iwuh, why will jega's own be different soon the whole world will know apc's interest in jega

This crazy northern elders at it again. If maurice iwu was sent on an adminstrative leave nothing will stop Jega from going on his own too because it is supported by the constution which requires a public officer to go on an adminstrative leave 3 months before the end if his tenure. He will go and nothing will happen. If this rabid old men try any nonsense i trust our soldiers to whip them back in line.

Isn't this same rabid group that was screaming genocide that led to the removal of the best COAS so far ihejirika. They even threatened to sue him and till today ihejirika is enjoying his retirement

Next thing they will issue one useless ultimatum.

Meanwhile GEJ till 2019

NEF are good in ranting..! Jega new he will be going on 3months terminal leave hence he fixed the election to Feb14th. so APC should think of something else cos Jega already known he will definitely go on a terminal leave.... NEF+BOKO+APC(buhari) can't do shits.. Jega benefited from the process, so his own won't be different. Gej till APC wake up.

ok PDP should sack Jega and see what will happen.
Nobody can sack Jega, not even the President. But he must go on leave, just like other INEC boss. It will happen and nothing anybody can do about it.

Amaechi once said that, if the Election is postponed, Nigerians will be on the street. Did it happen? No!

APC has everything to lose in this election and they will never get the Presidency nomatter how they call the President names!
