Now am confused here. He's vying for the seat of the president not minister of petroleum. This is someone that has ruled Nigeria and served as a minister of petroleum yet he claims to be poor. In 2011 it was "I had no shoes" now it's "I borrowed money to buy my primary ticket". We're doing a Jonathan all over again. So sad.
