Yes buhari did make development, ask those who were around during his regime..let me quote your statement 'Cos if he had restored discipline I see no reason y there should still be corruption among political elite'? Like for real you said this...you are suppose to know we humans CHANGE depending on what's influencing us at a particular time, mostly when money and possession is involve.
