All of a sudden,the key pad lights don't turn on,its been like dis 4 some wks now

Guys na beg I dey beg o....abeg somebody shud tell me hw to fix my 2go on my bb10.It stopped connecting always saying no network available to connect.I've deleted it,downloaded a new one but still same problem.

deji47: Loving the 10.3 update on my Q10. The only downside has been the reduction in volume for notifications. It's my believe those having problems probably used autoloaders. If u re yet to update, back up your device and update. It's worth it. And if you don't like it you can always restore the old os.

no it is just 2go...I just downloaded android assistance nd it's still not connecting.

Used school WiFi, you can't download it with your data, so you need to download it over Wifi

Keeps telling me there's not enough space, I have deleted all d apps that didn't come with the phone..fb,instagram,whatsapp etc still keeps telling me the same thing...also I can't read or reply msgs on my bbm, I can change my dp, pm n all but 1ce I try 2 open a ping 2 read or reply d bbm app closes...I don't know why and I don't know what 2 do. do u have any idea what I can do about this?
