I have noticed battery Life Improvement on my Z10.

Another thing u can do is to activate your battery saving mode. I activate mine at 100% full battery charge. It reduces most of the phone's activities in the background .

It may be of help to you.

Please can someone help with this, anytime I try to launch a station using tune in app on Q10 ,I get this;(see screenshot below) never used to happen until I updated to 10.3.. it dosent stop me listening to stations but the thing is annoying..

if its all ur music files without album that dont show on your bbm then u can download any mp3 ID3 tagger to edit the album name
but i dont think u have a really big problem for ur music updates not showing....

btw..i hope u dont watch por.n sha i remember that year when i left music updates on and i had to explain to some people why i had xvideos52647gd77.mp4 on my update

Check ur Filemanager very well, it shuld be der, as long as ur sure the transfer completed witout errors. Check 'downloads' folder, check 'Misc/downloads' too, wats d format of the video by d way?

Well der's a lot of tins dt culd cause dis.. N der r lots of questions..
Hw much time did the battery giv u bfor and hw mch is it giving nw?
Does d top-rear of the fon heat up unnecessarily?
Are u using 3G?
Didyu switch to anoda netwrk?
Wat OS are u running?
Open up Settings n check wat app is using more cpu power... (Bbm cn be notorious for dis).

U run android apps on ur bb rite?
Look for and download d latest MX Player apk and install it on ur bb, it has a media scan feature, use it to scan ur entire device for media files, if the video is actually in ur fon, it should shw up on the list...

madam Ari u better just upgrade the phone once and for all but if u are having issues upgrading OTA u can get a stable autoloader, 10.3.1.1052 might not be the latest but it highly recommendable, if ure worried about your data, u can use d mtn bis workaround to download it with 100#(tziz might/shld have that autoloader for you if ure still in lag,which will save you the stress of downloading again)

had the same issue last 2 weeks and it always happen mostly when I want to snap and then be noticed my front camera was not working as well. All I did was to wipe it and ever since then everything is cool

Wacolm,pls I bought a new media card(16gig) and inserted it on my phone. I snapped pictured with the phone and they moved to the memory card and dey are not showing and can't be shared and deleted.The previous one on the device however are showing..What might be wrong with the memory card

You need to format the card with the device

I'll never get used to new way BlackBerry Hub arranges itself on OS 10.3. Plus I prefer the rounded corners design on 10.2. Maybe I'll get used to it someday.
