PLS house,i would like to relocate to makurdi in benue state 4rm portharcourt.the cost of livin is gettin to me.pls can any one tell me if benue is gud for business and wat i can posibly do there.also d cost of a one bedrm there,thanks

Money no dey this place o! Although, if u get small money, you go enjoy here. Cost of living is very-very OK but it takes time to grow here in buiz. Self contain ranges from 30k-120k depending on area and structure while a room is between 1500-3000 although, area for 1k dey. Have you been to MKD before? Just take a train and come survey d place first. Obughi otu aki ilu na ada na nti ka o si ato o!

Makurdi is a nice place, the cost of living is good, food is cheap. It's not the best place for business but a lot of them are thriving so it's possible. One bedroom wil cost between 20-90k depending on the location and quality of the building. Security is good especially in Makurdi. The weather can be hot here so get prepared for that. In a nutshell, it's a place that can be home away from home.

Nope! They don't forbid it. You should have provide all the iNformation aboout yourself. Initially, I tot you are a male dats Y I drop my digits not until I checked your profile only to see another thread of yours with more details. It will be hard to secure a job here as its not a developed state. All I can say is the cost of living is Ok
