i got this message from NYSC this evening it say

Dear Aborede E, congrate you have been mobilized for 2015 Batch A
your call-up Number is NYSC/OSU/2015/000138. You may likely be in stream 2
OSU is the accronym of your institution meaning,den d stream 2 of a thing simply means if they post you to a state where u wud be much in camp they would divide you people into two streams
I dont understand the meaning of this message
1) Does it mean that i will serve in OSUN because the call-up number is nysc/OSU/2015/000138 ?
2) what the stream 2 all about?
3) which state are affected with this stream 2 issue?

From what i have been noticing so far, if you register then in c14 and paid the 4k, your status will be 'matric no in use', which means you are not giving chance to re-register again (even if you use another email to start another registration, you will not be able to summit it, because the matric no is already active), but if u register in batch c14, and did not pay the 4k, your status will read 'matric no not in use ', and you can either decide to re-register as fresh or enter as already have an account, to turn you

I believe this callup of a thing is in batches
Sodiqyinka already said people will start getting it by 25th of this month
We got it because we registered C14 n paid 4k which was early than anyone else on A15
But all the same...we all are going A15 and that's the most important

Good evening house. My brother also got his call no today. I also registered C14 but was mobilised and didnt go.
