A 14-year-old boy from Pennsylvania has been the subject of a lot of media attention because he took pictures with a local Jesus statue as if he were getting a mock-Mouth Gig from the Lord.

I don't know when this happened but i just found the photos and its very shocking to me. pic below

He is facing up to two years in prison and banned from social media. What rubbish is this? such a silly boy...smh

Wow. .2 years.. I doubt... he did an offensive thing but he didn't harm anybody...even a fine will be excessive. .. he should be left to his conscience. .

If he dare try such on Muslim Prophets in countries like Indonesia or Saudi Arabia. Guess wah would happen

The America I know doesn't give religion any special rights and its silly to believe the guy would be jailed for his acts.He could only be jailed for constituting a nuisance on another man's property and that's gonna send him to Rehab not jail,except the state has a stupid law to actually jail him.

KRON channel 4 noted last month that the teen had the possibility of facing upwards of two years in juvenile prison on the charge of desecration, according to state law.

"The criminal charge, which will be heard in family court, consists of 'desecration of a venerated object,'" reported KRON.

According to Pennsylvania Law "Pennsylvania law defines desecration as 'defacing, damaging, polluting or otherwise, physically mistreating in a way that the actor knows will outrage the sensibilities of persons likely to observe or discover the action.'"

U go to rehab for addictions ..u can actually go to jail for constituting a nuisance on another man's property or unlawful entry of another man's property or disturbing the peace etc
