I have been learning some php, html, css for sometime and i have come across some interesting website. and one that i saw is that of the NIS recruitment. I like the appeal and feel of the sight and i tot, what platform was used to develop such. i right clicked it to see the code and all is saw was css,javascript sparsely scattered, hoping to see Joomla, since its one of the cms am currently working on. Pls might be the platform used in designing this website... or is it a template that was used as in joomla?
