I suffered something similar when I was still in St.Gregory's college Obalende Ikoyi. As boarders we didn't have access to unlimited internet services so 3 of my friends and I always had to jump a fence on weekends to connect our phones with the Reverend Father's WiFi..: D.. it was that period Facebook was reigning and we were crazy about it then..
the day we were caught(the 4 of us) we were flogged publicly on the assembly ground

I have a friend that lives in banana Island.. his street uses this mini internet thing..they pay for it like electricity bills..so they turn on the WiFi 24/7 and those that have paid or connected can browse and download .whatever they want.. they pay 150k for 3 months sub or so... I prefer that system.. if that kind of thing can be made for the public but at a cheaper rate, it would be wonderful.. they do something similar like that in Demisha's hood in canada
