Wtf is wrong with APC, Jega & all other desperados. Why must juveniles who can't differentiate between right & wrong be given PVC's in the north while adults are refused PVC in the south? It happens in all parts of nigeria . But during my NYSC in katsina, we registered them but we didn't allow them to vote. I personally did not allow them to vote in my polling unit.
