No. It was when I was brave enough to fight tge voices in my head. I had low self esteem before that time. It was in my 20s I decided to break out of the mental jail.

Ehmm, my daughter stuborn small so I use my palm once in a while on her bum. She likes putting small objects in her mouth. Twice she chocked on me and turned blue. So since then, I spank her bum anytime I sight her puting stuff in her mouth.
My son sabi fear cane, just opeb eye and behave like you will spank him and he will reset.
For a while, I was agressive with them just like I was brought up. But I had to work hard on myself.
Now, I dont hit them except my daughter from time to time . Mild spanking sha.
My disapointment is enough to get them retrace their steps.
