i also have that same whatsapp clone, all i can tell you is that when your users exceed 1000, u would be asked to pay a crazy amount of money to the original developers of the clone, and the information /data of your users is not secured cause the original developers of that app created a backdoor in it which gives them access to it anytime they want.

the best way to build a chat app is to build it from scratch by urself, and from your posts i can see you have no knowledge of java/android development.

its not necessary to become a programmer to create an app.many people don't know how to program but yet they have their own app.this is why there is programmer who they can outsource their idea to.some have the idea but don't know how to program, so they outsource it
