The 2015 management promotion exercise is ongoing and can't be run concurrently with the recruitment exercise. Suffice me to say that more people would still get the invite for the interview either through sms or email. The decision to suspend the exercise got to PCL late on the 18th Feb, thus the sms notification was stopped and no further sms was released aside the batch that had been sent out prior to the notification. The second sms sent to the same group of people was only a re-assurance that the exercise was active.
The recruitment may not continue till late April/ Early May.

I can confirm this info because i got the same info a few days back but didn't feel enthusiastic about sharing because of the tension already going on in house with all the grammarians and english abracadabrains in the house make them no go stone me vocabularies. The promotion and training exercise will end April 30th from the info i got after which the recruitment process can commence.

Keep the faith people, it hasn't even started!

I reckon that. My puzzle now is, why are such JVs (Duke, Hyson) listed as subsidiaries in the NNPC website Maybe the site needs tinkering.

Well it's a subsidiary sort of, depending on the percentage of ownership. Then again, some staff of NNPC do work for Hyson in terms of secondment. And many of its activities are still controlled by nnpc itself, so they might be right in placing it as a subsidiary.

Young man,in as much as I don't want to join issue with you,I must advise to be humble and accept where you go wrong,I have been watching this thread silently and must tell you that you made a mistake when you addressed Mr.Bernard.O.N.Otti as the former GED of F&A Directorate at Nnpc,when in actual sense he remains the GED even as I am talking to you,though I can't remember the page now but I heard you saying
you have seen where he was addressed as Deputy GMD(I guess you saw that on our invitation letters for the aptitude test),immediately you said I started seeing you differently,but with the way you are attacking people here especially persons without either of the SMS makes me feel you are thinking that some other persons are not important and once you have your way,any other person can get lost,but I want you to know that until you receive a mail telling you the details of your interview you are still the same with people without Sms,even when you get it,it doesn't confer automatic placement,please always read your messages like two or even three times before you send,thanks a lot,wish you well.
