Humans have a duty to treat each other with dignity, that you seem unable to see or understand the basic precepts of human compassion confirms what most tech experts say - the problem with technology is not the hardware, or even the software within but the stupidity of the user(s).

You have shown no understanding of the importance of privacy, dignity, accountability, judgement or even basic human regard and should not be entrusted with anything, not even a mobile phone.

Now how does this translate to a person who took the photograph of a dead person. You are just not making any point because with improvements in technology, all these things are bound to happen. Stop being sentimental and face the truth. Even atomic bombs would get to the wrong hand and will be used if desired. Same with the normal.bombs and gins book haram use. You cannot stop the misuse of anything in life (even though I don't see the picture taking as misues). Face the fact Bro. Please, let's not misinterprete him. Maybe the timing was wrong but in a way, on seeing the pix, that instant reaction of thanking God for his own life must have played out.

On the other side,,its just like he's saying it could have been him or anyone else in that girl's position so he's thanking God.
