am yet to get latest version OS 3.**** update on my Z10 after several offorts of refreshing the Software Updates. Now this is the second time of trying Security Wipe which wouldn't update.

Please what do i do? am really in desperate mood of having this latest version as it caught my fancy seeing my friend fiddling on his bb10 with this version of OS yesterday

Have u search for the 10.3.1 update?! If No, search for the update.

Go to Settings ----- software updates . Enter software update and click on check.

If it says u v d latest update. Get a WiFi source.

switch off ur mobile data.

Power off ur phone

remove sim.

restart ur phone

On ur wifi . ( connect to a WiFi network) .

Check for updates. ( this should push d Update from d BlackBerry server to ur phone)

Power off

Re-insert sim

Continue download of update

Try it twice or thrice.
