I encounter such glitches most times but it can be ratified, try 'sign out and sign in as a different user', then 'remove all accounts' then 'resign in'.

thanks soo much. thought much qbout there and then I thought it right to go a night before. exam centre is afe babalola uni and I just slept with a good samaritan in federal poly which was directly opposite. so happy God was with me.

a stranger fed me, gave me a bed to sleep and showed me the way. I'm forever grateful to them. I had earlier thought of sleeping in a night class.
