.Corruption should not be celebrated,but he is being persecuted because he puts all his investments in Lagos.If others do the same Nigeria will not be as worst as we have it today.Outflow of stolen wealth is what is creating problem for our unemployed youths.Where is David Mark investment in Nigeria.
