Do as instructed on page 407/408. Make sure u connect to a WiFi Internet source. It should push the update into ur phone. Try it several times.

Connect to BlackBerry Link on thy lappy that has Internet connection ,click on software update and you'd see the 10.3.1 update staring @you
Did it last night but the Damn blue screen of death in windows 8 hindered the process *frowns*

so my inst10 free trial has expired, no more hub notification, no more emojis n other features...isit still as great as u guys hyped? thank God I didnt delete my android version cos I aint neva paying a dime for an app

I upgrade to 10.3.1.2243 when it was pushed out
Fixed some bugs left some for us to manage and added some new bugs too grin

so uve nt upgraded to. 1967?.........wht are the bugs cos am still on leak. 1154 without issue

got my push today, this was wht I did.....switched off, removed the sim, turned on my fone, turned off mobile network, turned on wifi n connected to a movile hotspot.......searched for software update....did it countless times until I got the notification
