I see no reason y pple ar trowin insult/ negative or contrary opinion @ d op, as regards airing d pix of d alleged pick pocket. D op is on his claim n its a safe point for him to alleged d current user of d fon as d pik pocket. OP pls post d pictures, n let d current user of d fon explain were he got it from, n if he doesn't/ can't he shud be sentensed. Its high time we stopped petronisin second handed property wit little or no knowlegde of dia origin or invoice. Dis will go a long way in reducin criminality both in diaspora n @ home. OP post d pic of d alleged thief, for all dos usin second/ 10th handed fon, be warned. |

nicerichard05:I think you are the one sounding funniest, you are supposed to keep the receipt of every of your property till eternity, just like you keep certificates, especially in a country of ours, could you imagine Nigerian Police can place you in the postion of the alleged thief if you can't produce the receipt? infact if you drag the case to the extent of setting your eyes on the current user you might be the one to be blamed and guilty at last because he might even has receipt for it, for saying you no longer have it you are not worthy of opening this thread gan, dont be offended just hitting the nail as far as Nigeria is concerned. |

Being in possession of a stolen property makes one as good as the thief. |

You cannot accuse someone in social media. Fyi, this is not twitter. If this individual is not guilty of anything. He can take you to court for slander and character assasination. DO YOU REALISE PEOPLE THAT MAY KNO HIM OR GODFORBID HIS BOSS COULD SEE THIS? Grow up! |

nicerichard05:I don't buy used items...but u shouldn't have just concluded he is involved in stealing ur fone...ur right though the risks are high with second hand products |
| Re: The Face Of The Guy Using My Stolen Phone by nicerichard05(op): 8:34am On Mar 15, 2015 |
EmmySparky:If u took out time to read my initial post, u wwould see that I didn't accuse him, I only said, he might be the thief or the buyer of the stolen fone. No justification whatsoever for some1 to be using a stolen property. I wwas given an electronically generated receipt wen I purchased it and if I actually wanted to tak d matter far, I would go to shop I got it from for a reprint, buh no need lagos to kd alone go buy me #Q5. Lolz. It jst an advice generally sha, B's u buy anytin that isn't brand new, tak ur time to find out its origin or else na sanko u go see ya self cos na same rope wen tie thief naim tie the buyer. nicerichard05:u got a point sha..its a norm in 9ja...I think the solution is for the second hand sellers to be licensed...then this cases would be curbed |

Op@ you are right. Forget those people. If you are caught with a stolen property it is assumed by the law that you stole it except you bring the owner. Please let's reason with the guy. |
