I was really hoping for something like this. Wifi in everyhome in naija. But b4 u go on with ur plan, I must remind u dat to use d wifi nmodem one will need electricity and this is something dats unstable in nigeria.that's y most pple stick to mobile data cos its phone battery dat matters. So maybe u can try thinking of alternatives that r 'nigeria friendly'.

You will need a radio
Mikrotik router for billing
A 1.5kva Ups dat would d keep it on for 2. And half hour hour before it goes off
