It has happened to me before, you better go and see a doctor because that thing is hernia. Don't joke with it at all, go and see a doctor before it's too late.

Go see yah doctor fast. .....

See a urologist. It may be testicular torsion and if you leave it too late you may end up loosing both testicles. It's not too common so many doctors may miss it especially in the army stages. If it is something less sinister thank God. But the only way you will know by seeing the proper specialist.
