get a domain name for your site, write unique content of 500 words and above, stop using too much image on your post.adsense will not approve you if you post images with less text write up

Get a domain name for your blog.
Remove the advertise here page for now and add about us, contact us and privacy policy pages.
Make sure your post is original and above 500 words for now till u get AdSense approval.
Allow visitors to easily access the next page of your blog apart from the home page.

I am in the same shoe with the OP however I have my own domain name but adsense has not given access since I hv bn trying to put ads on my content I only have adsense for youtube n hv bn trying to look away from using it on my blog n focus on something else.

Getting a domain is NOT the solution. You got BANNED 3 times? This happens when a NEWBIE tries to outwit a HACKER.
STOP clicking on the ads yourself or with friends.
They track those things. Those guys at Google are NOT DUMB.
