Check out the Lagos and Lekki Free Trade Zones and the largest Deep Sea Port in West Africa, all under construction within 10 minutes of Amen Estate. Not to mention the new 3 terminal Airport planned for the area. Note that ALL these projects are privately owned. The state government is trying to get private developers to take up the Airport project as well on a BOT basis. Notices already went out inviting tenders from interested private sector organisations for the construction and operation of the Terminal 1 runway and terminal.

Don't miss this rather profitable boat.

Exactly! The OP was overly optimistic and sincerely that pisses people off.

I like the houses though and might be a nice place for those who work around the ibeju lekki and Epe area. I personally will prefer to stay here than Ikorodu. However, the price no be for here...

You fellows have missed the boat. Far from liveable ke?? That's where EVERYBODY is using as a prayer point now when the want to buy a house.

All the indoor shots, the pool shots and most of the outdoor shots in this video were shot at Amen Estate.

Those of you thinking it's not liveable are probably among those who are not allowed to enter the place. I work there, and I'm proud of what we've done there. I have worked at other sites, and for other estate developers. Believe me when I tell you that these people are a different class. There is no single estate in Nigeria like Amen Estate. Everything works. Everything.

Ask any of the over 200 families that live there.
