My Opinion: Aisha Buhari Wasn't Wrong Afterall by habeebcole(op): 9:01am On Mar 21, 2015
its not like wat she said was lie....isnt it the
truth?......we had of many stories of sex slaves
trade. even here on nairaland.....this thing shes
talking of have led to the death of many, the
suffering of much, and the destruction of ambitions
to others
An article i read from in the early 21st century tells
that 90% of girls into international sex trade are
from Edo. And as at now from my findings its still
the same.
The truth can also be said from jokes.
Basketmouth himself sang it in one of his songs
where he was yabbing girls. And am sure most of
u heard it. Why didn't you hold him responsible.
Am sorry to my Edo friends and Nairalanders. That
is a very bitter truth. Someone who really cares
about peoples well being just showed a little
concern.
Or if you as a person was given a chance to stop
it,wont you?
All she needs from you is your support, whether or
not He wins, together as one we can do it.
a Yoruba slang says "o mo ibi ti omo e ma de" and
its true . you may know where you are but you
never can tell were your child will reach.
a fight for this is a fight for liberty

generation
a fight for this is for our own.
Together as one, let us stop this.
this is just my opinion. Don't get it twisted.

boy all tribes practise prostitution, stop thinking its common with edo girls. I bet your numbskull brain that if you take a census of prostitutes in Nigeria that the major tribes will come tops before Edo so take your stupid analysis and *Go and Die*

So she's right to insult the sensibilities of Edo women and the entire South South women? Was PEJ also right when she said parents of a particular region abandon their children on the streets? Has Aisha Buhari ever condemned the plague of Child bride that has been a scourge in the North since time immemorial considering that she is a victime of Child bride? Did she speak against Yerima marriages to infants?
Is prostitution and trafiking an exclusive of Edo women?

Nigerians have every reason to reject Mr buhari and his team @ the poll.

You are tacitly supporting child bride? So this is your justification for child bride? So it is better for a 47 years old Buhari to marry a 9years old Aisha than for a 17 years old girl to be a prostitute? I'm done with you anyway...

The various dailies deliberately omitted this part . May God save us from APC media grip angry

There must be a cultural design to accommodate the widows; a design that will make the girl child be comfortable wherever she is in this country, She doesn’t need to leave her country to Prostitute elsewhere, it is not her portion. Her portion is to have a moral, a highly standard moral society for her to live, get married, train them , train them and also mold them to become the futureof our leaders

Ask the mod to take down this thread because every tribe has its shortcomings and every tribe practise all societal vices. Its not fair to use something like that to judge them. Apology accepted.

Don't mind them, one Edo man was almost drafting a marketing officer who went to sell shipping service at Obanikoro here in Lagos.
This Edo born import and export merchant continued laying emphasis on the beauty of this marketer and how he would love to sponsor the girl to go and "make it abroad".
The girl tought she's about to make it until some of her clients in that enviroment told her she's about to be enlisted as an ashewo and once she gets in its not easy to get out.
