I would have sincerely loved to vote for GEJ, but with the recent security guidelines for the election, I think I hv been indirectly disenfranchised, because I can't imagine my hubby and i, dragging our kids to Poling units when I know the area is not safe for them, I think they are telling us to stay indoors with the recent info, cos it seems the election will be Bloody
It's understandable dear. Just stay indoors rather than have a scratch for anyone. None of them is worth you blood or that of your loved ones. Also, I wish if you are in northern part of the country and you are a christian, you and your husband should consider leaving there for now except you stay in a Christian dominated area.

May the good Lord be with us all...

Is not wat happened at the beginning that matters but what happened at last, the man that was whisk out in police van ends up given lecture to listening ears of their elites. Is also the illiterates who claim to know it all like Mr PHD that will not ask of what could have transpired btw them and d police before gej till whenever. The arrangements made for buhari was that of a man visiting London to deliver a speech and not for a rally. However due to the number of his supporters over there, the airport was already filled with people singing song at his arrival and it took the intervention of the police over there to push back the crowd and whisk him out off the airport.

THIS VIDEO AGAIN! ? Its surprising buhari and co were "arrested" but not a squeak on CNN, BBC, Al Jazeera or PDP'S AIT nor any newspaper foreign and local.

To PDPeegs:

Ok we agree, buhari and crew were arrested in london for coming to chatham house uninvited and for having the gall to challenge the modern messiah JEGA (Jonathan Ebele Goodluck Azikiwe). In fact they are all locked up in the Tower of London and thus JEGA has won and yippeee and hurrah etc.

To human beings:

The van is bullet proof and had to be used because during the chatham house speech some paid layabouts came singing war songs that buhari must go. Pro buhari supporters came unto the scene and faced down the paid agents.
Fearing an escalation considering buhari came to the uk as a presidential aspirant the police had to intervene to quickly whisk him away.

I've been arrested a few times. So, I know how it works -
Please accept my condolences on your numerous arrests for petty theft, vandalism and disorderly conduct. Those must have been traumatic experiences indeed.

In light of your past, may I respectfully suggest that you try and confine your future activities to those which will not make you a "person of interest" to law enforcement agencies, so as to leave those youthful indiscretions safely in your shady past, where they rightly belong, in order that you can then focus on re-packaging yourself as a productive, law abiding citizen of Lagos, Nigeria.

Thank you for your insightful contributions to this discussion nonetheless. All points of view are welcome here, including those offered with the best of intentions from "behind the counter" at the offices of your local constabulary.

Are they still there? Have there been any interrogations.
What were the charges? Have they been convicted? Entering police van is not enough to make one a criminal. No matter what, change is for real.
Vote wisely.God bless Nigeria

Too many idi0ts among Nigerian youths now. Jonathan brainlessness has affected them because he appears successful. Meanwhile, he is so poor, the only thing he has is money.

That is not for the brainless to under

Lol! grin

You honestly think I'm an obnoxious bumble bee like you whose whole experience is based on fiction shown on TV, no? I wasn't going to curse you out, but I'll allow it.

I'm from the UK - and I've been arrested a few times. So, I know how it works - go tell ya porkies to gullible sheeple in ya village, and to folks on ya level. I doubt you've ever left ya village, to be honest.

Anyway, you political jobber should use the time you expend in cyberspace to spout useless/baseless puerile propaganda, on getting both GEJ and Okonjo Iweala good English teachers. They both sound inarticulate and ineloquent. Also, get their vacuous brains fixed cos answering questions intelligently isn't their forte. A shame to Nigeria/Nigerians and whoever is connected to that country. Even Idi Amin wasn't this bad. undecided
But all these loads of grammar does not position you as a better person than them.

You would need to prove how you are better than them, not all are eloquent. If you took your time to watch the last presidential debates, amongst the aspirants, Shekarau, the former governor of Kano tops in terms of eloquence but his ideologies and policies are pathetic. He is now the Minister of Education, that is where he should have been all this while.

Su.ck ya mum, and go troll ya pops, you despicable turd!

Don't be insulting be, while trying to be polite - I'm smarter than all ya bloodline combined, and I can see through everything.

Since you're stuck in ya desolate village somewhere in Nigeria - I've done my service to humanity, by explaining how things work in my neck of the woods. Now sod off, and get off my mentions - ya illiteracy and medieval thought process is nauseating and inducing IQ reduction by 10 ten folds, you sycophantic pseud and crumb munching oaf with whiskers like a rat. Laughable this classic example of the Nigerian failed education system, bullocks are you not the cursed foool begging for welding machine on a thread. Only a waste of conception like you can type 'benin state' on a public forum. Nobody, i mean nobody in your generation dead and living can dream of what i have accomplished academic wise. Anyway we know who is jittery in the coming elections and have been spending all night in Lagos, throwing dollars at every tom, dick and harry. Blockhead not everyone is cursed to be living in that God forsaken country where your common patrimony is been looted away by those you sing there praise to high heaven. F###K off and go soak more generator fumes to your already malfunctioning grey matter.
Lmao, an e-FBI? I do not envy you or your job bro. However, the job you were hired to do by the APC, I must say, you are not doing it well. You don't even know the meaning of someone asking for details pertaining to a welding fabrication and someone begging for welding machine. This is disgusting dude. Don't worry, on your 70th birthday, when you are ready to start up your own business, you will know what it means and how to gather info pertaining to the business you wanna go into. I wouldn't expect you to understand all I wrote on that thread and what you read now since you are only a layman.

You disgustingly denied your own country just because of your dead ego. Your condition is critical bro cuz I don't think a reasonable being will deny his country when it's damn clear he jerks off at Oshodi.

Now, let's assume you are not Nigerian and do not reside here, then why are you so interested in matters that do not concern you? I have a female friend from the US on NL, she never comes into the politics section but in your case, you eat and sleep on NL/Nigerian e-politics and yet you call your fatherland God forsaken. You need help bro.

Finally, I don't envy your wåcked ass academic qualification if you are the modern Albert Einstein and still can't relate with people in a civilized manner. Sadly, your education is a waste because degrees are basically awarded in character and learning. You have shown you lack characters and therefore deserve a repeat.

Cheers Jamaican!

However, if you're in a position of power: you should be able to articulate ya policies eloquently and intelligently. If you can't do that, then there's a problem. It shows you're vacuous and have no clue whatsoever.

They were taken away for security reasons, the UK Met police has no jurisdiction to arrest buhari if there is no court injunction to arrest him. Last time I check there has been no warrant for arrest on buhari.

Nigerians are so saddled with lies and propaganda, all because a corrupt Govt wants to remain in power by all means possible.

I can't imagine having the likes of doyin okupe, Femi fani kayode remaining within the ambient of power for another 4 years let alone GEJ ruin the country the more.

His governance style smacks of insensitivity, lies, propaganda and corruption.
Don't mind dem , they are just looking for excuse, I will still vote for buhari even if he is in UK prison

They just can't express themselves eloquently. Then when they're asked "A" - they'll jump to "B" and spout all kinds of irrelevant things in the most re.tarded way possible. You can't call that gaffes - it just shows how vacuous and obtuse they're.

And that makes you wonder if they have got any clue whatsoever.

In the terrain of African politics, you're bound to drop some certain characteristics as its a case of "He who pays the piper dictates its tune". They are bound to try to skip some questions best know to them and address the ones they deem relevant. If she is that bad they way you just expressed, I don't think she would be in World Bank.

Listen, I answered the guy in the most civil way possible, and cited a few points, like:

- You have to be handcuffed to be arrested and whisked away from Met. Police...that's the protocol.

- They don't let other folks follow a suspect when an arrest is made.

- The use of police van to arrest just one person is odd.

However, rather than discuss the points I raised - he started ad hominems and personal insults, albeit he tried to be slick. I'm not stupid. Don't troll and insult me. The guy is a git. I'm not someone you can attack, and think I'll let it slide. Equal and opposite reaction (Newton's law of motion) and an eye for an eye a la Malcolm X.

The weasel is an obnoxious duffer, and you always need e-restraining order against folks like him.
