The President has just made his opening remarks where he mentioned his landmark achievements in the last 4 years and the need to consolidate on them in the next four years. He specifically dwelt on his administration's positive impacts on agriculture, road construction and rehabilitation, railway revival, almajiri education in the north etc.

Education - educating the masses on corruption

Empowerment - when you pay a slave wage, the iron law of survival will compel them to find ways to survive

ENFORCEMENT - If you base on enforcement alone, you will send 70% of Nigerians to jail and it does not solve the problem.
