KOWA PARTY WOMAN ON OIL SECTOR.

KOWA will allow private participation in the oil sector and reduce govt participation in the sector.

Tax incentive for investors.

Will encourage our traditional security agencies to fight oil thieves. Condemins oil pipeline contract for militants.

MARTIN ONOVO.

We will not privatize the downstream oil sector.

We waste so much on subsidy-about 700 billion.

We will bring back our refinaries or build new ones

Importation of oil products is not right.

Our local production capacity can CATER for our daily PMS consumtion
