Guy u better not send anybdy ur PVC VIN or any detail its d handiwork of pdp,we av bin warned several weeks back about dis scam.if u Send d PVC vin as requested,dey will wipe out ur PVC data frm INEC data inoder word,it will prevent u frm voting cos it'll rendered ur PVC useless on Election day.
