President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari, has been issued a Certificate of Return by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.The chairman of INEC, Attahiru Jega, handed the certificate to Mr. Buhari, and the vice president-elect, Yemi Osinbajo, on Wednesday at the International collation centre (ICC) in Abuja. A staunch supporter of the former military general got emotional -breaking down in tears as he received the certificate from the electoral body.
