Honestly I don't know of any such university that accepts less than 180. Of course he's qualified to write for polytechnic

God bless you bro,at least polytechnic is also Good. Our university cant accept everybody at once. At the end of the day whether you are a university graduate or polytecnic graduate it all depends on every individual to be ambtious and awt goals.

If ur post utme score can be strong enough like 55%+ , there is high probabilty of getting ur desired course and if not, ur course might be changed to another...
Just prepare well for post utme...

. A good score to start with, just try as much as possible to have 55% and above in p.utme and also your o'level must be strong. Remember #Godfirst. wish you success and hope to see you in my department.

if you're using may/june 2015 waec, you're safe. But if you're using NECO may/june 2015, it's risky. If you're using nov/dec waec, it can't work.
