If in 2015,21st century, Nigerians can jubilate because of refurbished locomotive trains on top of refurbished rails, that some rotten part has been cut out and replaced, mehn, we no get sense be that! IS THAT AN ACHIEVEMENT? ??!! Because I don't think the kind of advanced in the world today can tally with locomotives, old refurbished locomotives.
