OPINION:

Currently now, i enjoy only 0.1% of public electricity. But every month end it will rise to 0.2% of electrical supply, due to Power company staff's selfish act to go round and get electricity bills.

When so many minor African countries are enjoying 95% of public electricity.

Nigeria still remains the Giant of Africa by speech and not by action.

MY QUESTION NOW IS: Should i continue to pay for public electricity? Cos its very painfull here!

Really sad that some parts Nigeria don't experience 12 hrs of power supply. I have not experience power failure for the past 5 yrs because I no longer live in Nigeria. No country can develop without power. I hope Nigerians get things right this Saturday by voting for change. Pdp has clearly failed Nigerians for the past 16 yrs and yet some youths still come here to campaign for pdp when they clearly see Nigeria is in a state of anarchy.
I will suggest you get off the power grid and pay for your own power since it doesn't seems like the power situation is going to improve anytime soon

electricity supply in my area is worse, we spend more than 3 days b4 we get light for maximum of 2hrs after that we have to wait 4 3 days again. At d end of d month the bills are really annoying, the minimum of 8 thousand naira some upto 15k

This is exactly what is happening in my area at this very moment.
The luck I had is that I'm on a card meter, since Otuba Shubomi bough Nepa in southwest, its been tears and regrets as people now have to pay even if the light is not available for as much as two months.
If you feel aggrieved, don't pay and remember to vote out oppression and repression on Saturday.
